AG - Positive & Negative sentiment ratio, by channel (1)

These two data sources help you understand and isolate channels with a high positive or negative sentiment volume (compared to total activity volume).

Channels with a high negative sentiment ratio should be focused on, especially, as they indicate what your community is dissatisfied with.

The ratio is calculated as activities with positive (or negative) sentiment, divided by the volume of activities with any sentiment. Activities that carry no sentiment (such as emoji reactions in Slack) are not considered.
