The Activity Rate - Type breakdown report helps you understand the average activity per member over time, broken down by integration and integration activity type.
Calculation - For each period, the total volume of activities of a certain activity type-integration combination within this period is divided by the total number of members in this integration that took this specific activity during the same period.
How to read this data - Ideally, you are looking for a growing activity rate. The growth can be driven either by more members from an integration doing a certain activity on an average level or by a stable volume of integration members doing the activity more often. If the activity rate is decreasing, it signifies fewer members from integration are doing a particular activity, or that while the volume of members doing this activity remains stable, they are doing this activity with a lower occurrence.
