Head over to the lower left corner of the application and press ⚙️
This will open a whole bunch of options:
Account: Not much to see here except the name of the account. That might change in the future
User profile: Your name, password reset and the possibility to change the password or sign in with SSO
Billing: Check out your billing cycle and amend it if necessary or reach out to your CSM
Users and access: Manage all the accesses to your account, change permissions and delete users
API Access: Create your API access tokens and manage them afterwards
Member fields: Let’s you create and manage your member fields
Data priority: Based on the prioritisation of channels (integrations connected) we'll be populating the data to your member fields.
Events: Customise event-based types, activities and fields just like member fields
Import: Import members via CSV using the template. Every upload is automatically tagged and retrievable via timestamp
Tags: Let’s you create and manage tags
