InSided Integration

The AhoyConnect inSided integration naturally ingests benefactors, occasions, and events you make admittance to. We'll make a profile for each benefactor, a global and individual course of events for movements of every kind, and produce a programmed report.

Connecting AhoyConnect to inSided

☝🏼 Make sure you copy and store your Client ID and Client Secret - they will disappear as soon as you leave this page.

Take care to keep your client credentials secure.

Publicly exposing your credentials can result in your account being compromised, which could lead to unexpected/malicious behavior in your community.

Click Connect

Data mapping

You will be redirected to the data mapping page where you can connect data you want to map from inSided (left column) to specific member fields available (right column).

Custom Member Fields are used for mapping inSided profile fields to Ahoy fields. It's used the same way as in other integrations.

Currently, there are the following options on how to correctly create a mapping between InSided and Ahoy.

Below you can find the selection of profile fields in inSided:

image
  • Text → gives value: “raw value” → there could be used Text Member field in Ahoy
  • Single Value from Radio Button or Dropdown -> gives value: “raw value” → therefore use Text Member field in Ahoy
  • MultiSelect from Radio Buttons or Dropdown -> gives value: “value1|value2” -> with | as a delimiter, → there could be used Text Member field in Ahoy
  • Date -> gives value: “DDMMYYYY” -> representable with Text or Date Ahoy Member field
  • BirthdayDate -> gives value: “DDMMYYYY, X” -> where X is INT number which represents if this profile fields should be (and how -> whole DateTime, only age) visible in inSided profile → , therefore, use Text Member field in Ahoy
