In case you’re hiding members inside your TG group, please make sure to add the Ahoybot as an admin. You can untoggle all of the permissions as adding us as an admin, gives us all the rights we need at this stage.

Especially if you’re doing the process on the phone, both look exactly identical, so you need to write the entire handle as shown in the pic below.
Data mapping
The only mappable field in Telegram is Username.
Scoring System
Events: Add events you want to track and assign them importance from 1 to 10 points for each time the user will perform the action
Activity Stages: Define activity stages by creating your own badges for each stage with its own range of points users need to hit to earn the badge in the last 30 days.
- Be as specific as you can with the events scoring.
- If you value thread replies in your support channel, give it additional points. That way, you will be able to identify the real heroes in your community.
