If you're talking about Slack messages, it might be that the messages that you can't see might be from a private group.
You can spot these groups in the left column of your Slack window showing a lock instead of a hashtag in front of them.
To make sure that private communication stays private, we keep these messages out of your activity feed. ☝🏼
The same goes for several Discord channel options.
As for all the other integrations, it could just be that the limited API rate is causing a delay.
